We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the warehouse your item ships from.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–18 business days
  • Asia: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on most items unless otherwise stated. Any shipping fees (e.g., for express options) will be calculated and shown at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using our Order Tracking Page or directly through the shipping carrier’s website.


Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and supplier location. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

ShoppyBase is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply once your order reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If you experience issues, please contact your local courier or email us at support@shoppybase.com — we’ll do our best to help.
