Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please contact us before returning any item, as return addresses vary based on the product’s fulfillment center. Do not send items directly to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Some personal care items

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition or damaged (not due to our error)
  • Missing parts
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. Processing times vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please contact us at support@shoppybase.com before sending anything back.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll send you a gift credit code.

If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or the order was sent to the gift-giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our end or a defective item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total refund.

Depending on your location, return shipping time may vary. For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Third-Party Fulfillment Notice

Some items are fulfilled by our global supplier partners. In these cases, we’ll provide the appropriate return address after you contact us. Please do not return any items to the manufacturer or send them to our main business address unless instructed.
